Nassau County police said they are seeking the public’s help in finding a New Cassel resident who is unable to hear or speak.

Mohammed Saleem, 31, of Elderberry Lane, was last seen at 7 p.m. Saturday at his home before leaving the house on foot in an unknown direction, police said.

Saleem is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds with black hair, and a black mustache….
