Petit larceny: John Lavada, 27, of Mayfield was arrested on a warrant at 12:30 a.m. July 14 at the Saratoga County Jail and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed operation: Bryan C. Kills, 32, of Philmont was arrested at 1:30 a.m. July 13 on Grand Avenue and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Assault with deadly weapon: Avery Q. Zullo, 20, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 10:53 p.m. July 12 on Broadway and charged with second-degree assault, second-degree attempted assault and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed operation: Johnny W. Fragoso, 49, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7:37 p.m. July 12 on South Broadway and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed operation: Jhojan Figueroa, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5:39 p.m. July 12 on Ballston Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Impersonation: Trashaun A. Mosley, 36, of Saugerties was arrested at 3:42 a.m. July 12 on Spring Street and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Zachary R. Manrique, 29, of Albany was arrested at 12:20 a.m. July 12 on Union Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdmeanor.
