Organizers are asking area businesses to donate paper products, drinks, or a basket or item for a Chinese auction during the event. In addition to the auction, the all-ages event will feature food, a cash bar, a DJ, T-shirts and outdoor activities.

Those donating are asked to send an email by Aug. 5 to Casey Dingman with their company logo and the items they’re donating. Dingman’s email address is email@example.com.
