Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office

Sentencing: Jonathan J. Cyphers, 37, of Ballston Spa was sentenced Sept. 12 to four years in state prison after pleading guilty July 19 to second-degree burglary, a class C violent felony.

Sentencing: Michael J. Germain, 56, of Greenfield was sentenced Sept. 12 to four months in the Saratoga County Jail and five years probation after pleading guilty June 9 to second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony, and driving while ability impaired, a violation.

Sentencing: Coln R. Murphy, 27, of Saratoga Springs was sentenced Sept. 12 to three years in state prison after pleading guilty July 11 to second-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon, a class D violent felony.

Sentencing: Jonathan J. Pantoja, 29, of Middletown was sentenced Sept. 12 to two to four years in state prison after pleading guilty July 11 to first-degree disseminating indecent materials to minors, a class D felony.

Sentencing: Jennifer C. Jenkins, 27, of Schuylerville was sentenced Sept. 12 to five years probation after pleading guilty July 11 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.

New York State Police

Petit larceny: Carmen Cammuso, 34, of Stillwater was arrested Sept. 11 in Brunswick and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Felony DWI: Benjamin B. Patterson, 22, of Schuylerville was arrested Sept. 12 in the town of Saratoga and charged with driving while intoixcated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years.
