Drug possession: Chad M. Cruger, 18, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Sept. 14 on Whitney Place and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors.

Impersonation: Corey E. McCann, 20, of Amsterdam was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Sept. 14 on East Congress Street and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor.

Stalking: Justin N. Ware, 25, of Troy was arrested on a warrant at 11 a.m. Sept. 14 on Lake Avenue and charged with fourth-degree stalking, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree assault and obstruction of breathing, misdemeanors.


Petit larceny: Ashley J. Hayes, 29, of Johnstown was arrested at 8 p.m. Sept. 13 on Ballston Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

DWI: John T. Reid, 27, of Fort Edward was arrested at midnight Sept. 13 on Lake Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeanors.

Obstruction: Amanda L. Hatalski, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:36 p.m. Sept. 12 on Jefferson Terrace and charged with obstruction of breathing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Amanda L. Fitzgerald, 25, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 3:07 p.m. Sept. 12 on Circular Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
